Instructions:

*FSH: FIFTH DAY OF THE CYCLE

*LH: DAYS 12, 13 AND 14 OF THE CYCLE

*PROGESTERONE: START 7 DAYS AFTER LH PEAK. HARVEST 3 DAYS IN A WAY

To obtain the sample, use the urine collection bottle sent in the kit from the laboratory or a sterile urine collection bottle.

1 – Use a cup. just a little urine. ALWAYS use the first one of the day.

2- Dip the stick to the black line, without going over it, and set 10 seconds.

3 – Place the stick on a white paper and set 10 minutes for reading. DO NOT READ AFTER THIS TIME!

4 – Photograph on a white surface and send it by Whatsapp to 21 99545 ​​0654. The laboratory will help in the interpretation and issuance of the report.

5 – Discard the test. Later readings are invalid.

The minimum recommendation of evaluations is 3 days. However, the ideal is to follow up for 15 consecutive days, starting on the first day of the menstrual cycle, because there can be variations in the ovulation phase.
