Technical Information: The FOOD INTOLERANCE panel allows to analyze 59, 90 or 220 foods and food additives through a blood sample, which can be collected in a conventional way or through a digital capillary blood drop.  

The identification of intolerance is done by dosing the concentration of IgG immunoglobulin and its subtypes, which are produced by the immune system if the body recognizes certain foods as foreign to it, causing, mainly, long-term chronic reactions such as migraines, dermatitis, gastrointestinal disorders, etc.
