Use preferably the first urine of the morning and/or stay for 4 hours without urinating. 

Technical information: This study is capable of detecting, in a single urine sample, two of the most common agents that cause STDs: Neisseria and Chlamydia. The analysis is performed in a few minutes by means of the Real-Time PCR technique.
